The facilities on San Andres are superb. There are three pools - one of which is heated. There is a fully equipped Gym, Squash and Tennis Courts, practice driving range, volley ball and a children’s' playground. All this in a beautiful setting with gardens and walk-ways. There is a security patrol and 24 hour Reception, where guests arriving after 6pm can collect their keys. There is only limited chargeable parking for vehicles but additional car parking is available at the Club House located at the bottom of our drive.

There is a choice of eating places on San Andres - the excellent Restaurant offers not only wonderful food but is a great place to enjoy a drink. A 15 minute walk to the Commercial Centre offers The Taverna where Tapas are served along with a varied choice of dishes and evening entertainment Should you choose to spend your evenings taking advantage of the variety of restaurants and bars on San Blas you will also be able to enjoy a variety of singers and musicians who are there to entertain you. There is an Italian Pizzeria, Chinese Restaurants, “Seven Isles” Canarian cuisine, Italian Restaurant and a South American Bistro to name but a few. There is also a variety of shops including, Duty Free Shoppers Stop, Jewellers, Gift and Clothes Shops.

All Villas and Apartments are privately owned and therefore the furnishings differ in each. The Villas have two large bedrooms with double and twin beds and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a bathroom en suite The 2nd bedroom has casement doors onto the rear garden. There is a fitted kitchen and utility room, with a door onto the garden. The lounge patio doors also lead onto the rear garden with views over the fairways. All the accommodation is maintained to a high standard - the difference in price covers the additional facilities provided by the owners. The Villas have a Washing Machine, Microwave and Cooker. The Deluxe Villas are superbly furnished and newly equipped to provide an outstanding holiday home. All accommodation has a safety deposit box, available at a small extra charge.

The Apartments are all located on 1st floor via a stairway. The large bedroom has either two single beds or a Double, with a Bathroom en suite and a well equipped Kitchen. The balcony has patio furniture and space for you to sunbathe or enjoy the spectacular view over the fairway and out to sea. In addition to these apartments, we have 2 with a Studio Room which can be used to sleep a 3rd person - the cost of these is £415 per week.

All guests are asked to respect the owners’ wishes to refrain from smoking inside their homes.
